Stainless Steel wire, Galvanized Wire, Galfan Coated Wire (Zn-5%Al, Zn-10%Al also available), PVC coated Galvanized Steel Wire, PVC coated Galfan Wire, all these can be used as Gabion wires.
1. Galvanized Gabions: use the high quality low carbon steel wire material, the tensile strength of the single wire no less than 38kgf/mm2, wire ranges from 2.0-4.0mm. The wire surface mostly is Hot Dipped Galvanized. The coating weight will be according to the customers'design or according to the standard. Zinc coating weight can be Min.300g/m2.
2. PVC coated Galvanized Gabion, to put a PVC coated on the galvanized or Galfan coated wire will greatly increase the Gabion's life time.
3. Zn-5%Al or Zn-10%Al coated Gabion, or Galfan Gabion: Compare with the normal Galvanized Gabion, they have many advantages:
①It's corrosion resistance quality better than the Galvanized wire, 2 to 3 times lifetime than the Galvanized wire.
② The An-Al alloy coating have better connection with the steel core wire.
③Welding properties better than the Galvanized wire
④ Surface of the Galfan wire is better than the Galvanized Wire.
